In a media release, SPIE announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Elektromontaż-Poznań SA.

With almost 75 years of experience, Elektromontaż-Poznań specialises in electrical installation services, including design, consultancy, supply and installation for industrial, commercial and public administration customers in Poland.

In 2023, the company achieved a turnover of around EUR 70 million. It employs around 330 people.

With this acquisition, SPIE will strengthen its market share in electrical and mechanical building services in Poland, while expanding its expertise and customer base.

“This acquisition will allow SPIE to expand its expertise in the field of electrical and mechanical building services and become one of the top three players in the Polish market. Thanks to its long-standing and well-established reputation, Elektromontaż-Poznań SA has a great deal of experience in providing solutions with very high added value, which gives us confidence that we will be able to meet our customers’ needs in the future”, says Paweł Skowronski, Managing Director of SPIE Central Europe.

“By joining SPIE, we have found a strong partner to further develop our business. Combining our teams will allow us to be stronger, offer our services to a wider range of customers and deliver the most demanding contracts”, says Tomasz Bochna, CEO of Elektromontaż-Poznań SA.

The French expect the transaction to be completed in the first quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions, including antitrust approval.
