Data Portal is a flexible and secure cloud-based system for visualisation, monitoring, accounting and detailed reporting of production processes. Based on the AWS platform, Data Portal offers rapid deployment, low maintenance costs and continuous availability from anywhere in the world.

It is a unidirectional cloud system whose core functionalities include remote monitoring of equipment, visualisation of processes through animated synoptic screens and presentation of data through clear and intuitive interfaces. The system allows for reporting and archiving of measurement data, as well as alerting and notifying users of critical conditions via email or SMS.

Its main advantages are its ease of use and the low level of operator intervention required. The pre-paid billing model gives users the flexibility to tailor the scope of the system to their current needs. This makes the solution suitable both as a basic reporting system and as a complement to existing control and automation systems.

The system is ideal for applications requiring remote access and real-time data analysis – from the food and chemical industries to water and wastewater management, agriculture and aquaculture. Communication with the system is completely secure through the use of HTTPS, SSL protocols and advanced encryption mechanisms. The solution operates 24/7 in non-stop mode, ensuring continuous monitoring even when the operator logs off.

At the same time, the system allows simultaneous access by multiple users with different levels of authorisation within a single account, facilitating collaboration across distributed teams. The Data Portal can also act as a communication gateway to external systems and applications, thanks to its support for popular data exchange standards such as OPC UA, MQTT, FTP, CSV or XML. The system is equipped with a workflow feature that allows reports to be automatically generated and sent to specified email addresses, greatly simplifying process efficiency analysis and cost optimisation.

On the other hand, the built-in mechanisms for filtering and analysing measurement data make it possible to quickly detect anomalies and react to standard deviations, which results in better control over the course of technological processes.
