The new OnRobot 3FG15 three-finger robot gripper with a feed rate of up to 150 mm is ideal for gripping a wide variety of cylindrical workpieces from 20 mm to 150 mm wide in machine handling applications such as CNC lathes, insertion and even palletizing applications.
The gripper is compatible with any large collaborative robot or industrial robot arm thanks to the One System Solution. This platform provides a unified mechanical and electrical interface between the robot arms and any OnRobot EoAT device.
Provides a strong, stable grip for both the shape fit: inside the object and the external friction, increasing the flexibility of implementation. The gripper design automatically centers the workpieces for a strong, stable grip and precise placement in the machine holders.
The gripper has a load capacity of up to 15 kg and a gripping force from 10 N to 240 N. It can easily compete with larger, bulky and much less flexible finger grippers.
